• Monthly instalments are due on the same date each month. Missed payments will result in plan suspension until resolved.
• The plan is valid for 12 months from the start date. All services must be used within this period; unused items are non-refundable.
• Clients may freeze the plan once for up to one month (e.g., for travel).
• Plans automatically renew after 12 months with a new 25% down payment.
• Not applicable with referral vet services, external lab tests, or other promotions.Emergency/out-of-hours consultation fees are excluded from discountsIn case of pet loss, instalments stop automatically. If the plan was paid in full, a refund will be given based on the services already used.
• Cancellation is only allowed at the end of the 12-month term with a minimum 2-week notice before renewal.
