A graduate of Universidade Federal Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (DVM, 2015), she has dedicated her professional life to advancing the standards of surgical care and veterinary education.

Following her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, Dr. Petry completed a two-year Surgical Residency at Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, where she honed her expertise in advanced surgical techniques.
