-The Clinic is very clean
The receptionist is very accommodating and responsive
-We were so lucky to have found Dr Abraham, who is an avian specialist. He just does not cure patients, I felt that he cared more for animals. He explained what the issue is and gave options on how to resolve it. -It is very hard to find a very good and trustworthy avian vet in this country.
-The nurses are well informed and trained, they know what they are doing. They are gentle and knowledgeable in terms of handling pets.

The City Vet has been my go-to place since I’ve got a parrot in 2019. Dr Stella has been so helpful and the overall clinic service is great. Dr Stella is one of the best doctors I have met. In every check-up, she always gives me the full report. She really takes care of him and Dood loves her. She is always there to assist me and educates on how to look after a parrot. The City Vet Clinic is Dood’s second home. We love all the friendly staff of this practice.
